REFUND POLICY

We understand that sometimes unforeseen events can happen, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To accommodate all clients efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Advance Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur any penalties. You can cancel your appointment via email, text, or phone call.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to the same fees as a late cancellation.
